Hi everyone,

I hope this finds you well. I am so happy it is Summertime. Yes it is hot, but it is one of my favorite times of year because we can swim, or walk outside without jackets, or witness the scenery that only summer offers. It is a great time to garden or eat healthy produce from someone else's garden- whichever way you are able to manage that.

Swagger, Dinah and I are out for our walks earlier- because it gets hotter mid-day here in Florida- but we are enjoying our time taking in all of the scenery of our landscapes as well. A little more light, a few more birds to see in the neighborhood and local ponds.

I am super excited that things have opened up just a little bit- but this is no time to let down your guard with the Corona Virus- use your masks, keep social distancing and wash your hands! That is how we will all stay safe and healthy. I have added my cap and sunglasses when I can if I am out in public.

That being said- I do have some in person classes with limited enrollment (Integrated Energy Therapy all levels) and some online classes for those of you who can't get here.

If you are looking for online sessions- just reach out. I know Independence Day is right around the corner- celebrate your Freedom- because you have choices today- and that is a blessings.
