Happy Memorial Day   Adapt, Adjust, Advance

Hi everyone,
I hope this finds you well this day. I am going to share about the three A’s-
Adapt, Adjust, Advance.
These last two months have been crazy! We have not seen the world like this, at least not in my personal lifetime. We are asked to do everything differently- yet the world is still here filled with loving people, work to be done, plants, pets, sunrises, sunsets and some constants that do not change. So I ask how you have used the three A’s?
Here in the office and at home- we have ADAPTED. We write more, have more online sessions and classes- we recommend eating slightly differently, and ask you to find joy in the simpler ways of life. All of the same wonderful products and services are still here- Nutrition Supplements, Healthy Diets and Medically Guided Nutrition Plans, Sessions and Classes.
My wonderful pets and I have ADJUSTED. We walk more, snuggle more- recycle toys (thanks to my friend Chris's suggestions) and wash older toys and put them away so they seem like new toys. Every day is like Christmas or a Birthday here for them. It’s pretty fun to watch their joy when the “new” toys come out.
I attended my son's Graduation Ceremony for his Masters Degree online in a zoom meeting- who would ever think that would be the new way of doing things? It still was filled with joy and pride. Hard work, good guidance and great parenting haven't changed- that is the the good news.
We/I have been making new recipes out of simple items like frozen or canned fruits and/or easy to find vegetables. New recipes can be old ones just revamped. I will put up my Cherry Cobbler recipe below with less sugar and is gluten free.
Now on to ADVANCE. We always had the capacity to offer Online Healing Sessions and Classes. So I have had the privilege of continuing that with my clients around the country and even down the street.
Looking for Stress Relief or the Gift of Focus that a Healing session or Nutrition Session offers? Contact me to assist you to strategize for better health and more centeredness. This is great for kids too. Everyone feels better when they are in good health Reach out to me- it’s what I do.
Next month- I am going to be offering all Usui Reiki Classes online for the first time. As a Professional Member of the Center of Reiki- I am now a teacher of long distance Reiki and can teach it to you through an online class- isn’t that so exciting? I think so!
I can teach the IET Healing with the Angels Class online which actually is next Saturday, May 30th if you want to join us. You must register by Thursday so I can send you your materials.
And of course my all time favorite healing modality- Universal Rays Healing is going to be taught again next month- this one has the most in it, four attunements to the Angels, The Rays, The Masters and Prana. However take whichever class calls you.
As for  Mediumship Readings- they were always done online- and they are so much fun. Grandma has lots to say about living simply- be sure of that- so ask me how to book a reading or go here.

Here is my Cobbler Recipe:
Nancy’s Gluten Free Cherry Cobbler-Cake- Feeding The Body Feeding The Soul
Ingredients
  • 1 cup gluten free flour ( King Arthur Flour or your favorite brand – nut flour will change the calories)
  • 1 gluten free cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup sugar in the raw or sugar that you choose
  • ¼ cup unsaturated margarine or ¼ cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or other milk like product
  • Salt to taste
  • Nutmeg ½ teaspoon
  • 3 cups frozen( or fresh unpitted) cherries- thawed

  • Directions
  1.  In a mixing bowl combine flour, oats, margarine, sugar, egg, almond milk together until a batter is formed. Add 1 teaspoon baking powder,1/4 teaspoon salt (optional- I didn’t use it) ½ teaspoon nutmeg to batter and combine.
  2.  In a 12 inch round tart pan- spray bottom of pan with nonstick spray, place 3 cups cherries thawed.
  3. Pour batter over cherries until covered.
  4.  Bake at 350 degrees for 55- 60 minutes, until  firm to the touch or light golden-brown. Cool 10 minutes;

  5. Nutrition Information for
    Servings Per Recipe: 12 Per Serving: 1 g sat. fat, , 165 kcal cal., 0 mg chol., 0.2 g pro., 22 g carb., 4 g Fat, total
