I am  so excited to announce that I will be teaching another great  Weight Management class in January 2024 and wanted to personally invite  you to attend.  This is just two weeks away!

Weigh No More- A Six Week Weight Management Program just for you!
- Weigh No More Is For You- This program will assist you to shed unwanted pounds in the New Year.
Designed by our own Nutritionist -Nancy Ann Cohen RDN LDN- this  six  week program will offer you the following classes-

Nancy  has been teaching  Nutrition and Weight Management  for over thirty years in the Medical, Corporate and Wellness Community.  She comes to you with knowledge, know-how and guidance for you to kick start your New Year with a plan that makes sense and is easy to follow. She has offered her classes around the globe and those have taken classes with her and have experienced great success!
