What Do You Expect? Sprinkle In The Magic Dust
 
Hi everyone,
I hope this finds you well. I want to write about Expectations, Hopes and Goals. It is so cold here in Pennsylvania today- there is ice and snow outside. What did I expect? It is Winter on the Northeast Coast of the United States. 
Sometimes we have expectations or hopes that things will be different than they are- and we do not embrace what comes to meet us. For me, I am getting out my ice scraper, my warm boots and extra socks- I will meet the weather with my  winter tools.
Sometimes we get to January, and we want to lose weight- but we ate delicious food all through the holidays and then hope for a different result. What did you expect? Your holiday treats were delicious, and you consumed them with joy. Time to get out  our tools for fitness and nutrition and work with making choices. Weight Management Services
Sometimes we wish that we had a better connection with the Angels, The Divine and could find a new path to follow. But we were busy all fall with activities, projects, catching up and not making time for our journeys at the personal level. What did you expect? Did you expect that you would have it all sprinkle down like magic? Perhaps- this posting is the Sprinkling of Magic that you were hoping for.
Each year, for the past ten years- we offer Nutrition, Healing and Spiritual Courses at Feeding The Body Feeding The Soul. This year is no different. Path of The One Heart School;The Masters Way.

This year once again, Nancy/I am teaching the Path of Light with the 33 Ascended Master course and The Path of The One Heart with the Chirsted Masters and The Essenes and 14 Angels to those who are hoping, wishing and planning to grow in their Spiritual Work.
Nancy/ I am offering one on one counseling sessions in Nutrition for those who would like guidance in Healthy Eating.
Nancy/I am offering healing session and classes in Universal Rays, IET and Reiki for those who want to transform at the individual level. Spiritual- Healing Classes
